Holiday Inn Express & Suites Watertown by IHG

Always friendly, food and stores with in walking distance. Saylor was professional and friendly at the same time. Side note, I submitted an edit request with The Googles, as the hotels marker was (is?) showing in the wrong spot. It was showing in a dirt lot / field down the street.

Everything is completely right about this place. Great beds, good pillows, dark and quiet rooms. Bright and contemporary. The staff is extraordinary. From Kris and Michelle at the front desk to Jen, Master of Breakfast which she cooks, serves and keeps clean, they are all friendly and good at what they do. The cleaning staff keep this place sparkling and tidy. Without them it wouldn't be so inviting and high quality. I can't say enough good things about everyone. The room has an excellent TV with good programs. There's a mini fridge, small microwave, iron and board. I enjoyed the well-stocked Market by the front desk for some great snacks. I only wish I could live here!

The rooms were as expected and clean. The location is great, right off the interstate. This was a stop along the way on a longer trip. What really set this hotel apart was their service! I cannot give them enough credit for going way above and beyond. My daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal behind. They held on to it for several days until we could return, and gave it back with a customized note that made my daughter’s day. This is in addition to extreme friendliness from everyone working at the front desk. Exceeded expectations by a mile!!

We booked adjoining rooms for our family Christmas. The rooms are a bit small but clean. The queen beds were comfortable. Big bathroom, plenty of towels. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff at this location are very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast fully stocked with pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit and yogurt. Enjoyed our stay!

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and have stayed here several times now. I cannot say enough great things about this place and its staff. Rooms and building are well maintained. Breakfast is excellent quality and well stocked. All employees I have met are very friendly and charismatic. I always feel valued from check-in to check-out. Your staff are second to none! Keep up the great work.

This is our second time with this Holiday Inn. This time we are staying for at least a couple of weeks. We are very impressed by the level of hospitality, care, and professionalism. The staff here are attentive, friendly, and dedicated to their work. Michelle checked us in. She was very helpful, welcoming, and has a great personality. The ladies who prepare delicious breakfast are hardworking and super friendly. This hotel looks brand-new; our room is thoroughly clean and well equipped. They do a good job cleaning our room daily except for one day when the cleaning was done in a less satisfactory way. Our bedding was left unattended; basically they did nothing but just took out the trash. But that occurred only once. Overall, we are thoroughly enjoying our stay here. Appreciating their staff. This is our top choice whenever we visit Watertown.

My sister in law and I brought my 2 grand daughters 3 and 5 to Watertown for a family wedding. We are so glad my SIL selected your hotel for our stay. I cannot say enough great things about this place and its staff. Rooms and building are clean and well maintained. Check In was well organized. There were plenty of Bellman Carts available at check inn and check out. Breakfast was excellent both days, good quality, clean and well stocked. All employees were very cheerful, friendly and helpful. Jane took the time to greet my grand daughters, who were delighted. She cheerfully swept up the dropped Fruit Loops and wiped down the extra salt in the booth! Joe in Maintenance also took the time to chat with girls. He quickly provided a band aid for a boo boo. Those little things made a big difference!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience! The property feels very modern and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were so comfortable that it was actually hard to get up in the morning. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming you can really feel that genuine South Dakota hospitality from the moment you walk in. The breakfast was exactly what you’d hope for from a Holiday Inn Express; everything was fresh and tasty, especially those signature cinnamon rolls. The location is perfect right off the highway for easy access, yet the room stayed surprisingly quiet throughout the night. It’s a great choice whether you're traveling for business or just passing through. Highly recommended!
